Refunds and Exchanges
We have a 14 day return policy for specific products purchased and shipped online, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We also have a 14 day exchange policy for specific products purchased or picked up at our retail location.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as headwear, hair accessories and swimwear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Purchases made or picked up in our retail location are eligible for exchange within 14 days. Sale items are not eligible for exchange as they are final sale. Certain items such as headwear, hair accessories and swimwear are exempt.
